Missionaries

David & Kandy Bennett are U.S. Missionaries with the Assemblies of God U.S. Missions serving through the missions department of Missionary Church Planting & Development.

They are also co-founders of Converge Group: a Coaching and Discipling Center in Columbus, Ohio. In addition, David & Kandy serve as the Lead Ministers of a new church startup, Mission 614, also located in Columbus.

David specializes in coaching and discipling people with an entrepreneurial spirit and leaders of all styles. His passion for helping others activate their dreams is evident as a communicator in both coaching and discipling. As a visionary leader he looks beyond current limitations and boundaries to help discover the “what can be” in people’s lives.

Through coaching David has helped numerous individuals to grow in life, leadership, business, and ministry.

Kandy specializes in facilitating people to learn more about themselves and how to better relate to other people. Her passion for helping others activate their dreams is evident as a teacher and mentor. As a lover of God and people she encourages, guides, and helps restore hope for a brighter future as a disciple of Jesus.

Through her unique sensitivity and musical ability Kandy thrives in leading people in a meaningful worship experience where the presence of God is realized.

Together, David & Kandy are mobilizing transformation by equipping, coaching, and sending a missionary movement to share the gospel in the hard spaces of America.

One consistent mark through the years has been the art and work of discipleship. They believe deeply in the mission God has given to all who follow Jesus to go and make disciples, who make disciples.

It is through the wealth of experience afforded them, mixed with a hunger to continually learn more effective ways in training people, that David & Kandy have been able to forge the ideas they bring. This couple understands what it means to be a good neighbor, and they work to encourage those around them to discover this impactful tool in living a missionary life committed to the mission Jesus gave all who follow Him.
